Terms
All sales are final
All items are sold as is, where is,
without guarantee or warranty of any kind.
When an item has been sold, it becomes the
sole responsibility of the buyer, and buyer assumes all risk of loss and/or damage.
All items must be paid for in full by the
conclusion of the auction. Acceptable forms of payment, sales tax, and possible
buyer's premium vary with the type of auction being conducted. Please refer to Upcoming Auctions for each sale.
All items must be removed from premises at
the conclusion of the sale unless prior arrangements have been made with either Harold or
Marilyn Betthauser.
The Auctioneer shall determine the winning
bidder after each item has been declared sold. If a dispute arises between two or
more bidders, the Auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding process. The
Auctioneer's determination of a buyer shall be final.
Absentee bids are accepted at our weekly
consignment auctions during the inspection only, and are covered by the same terms and
conditions in effect for that particular auction.
All verbal announcements the day of sale
shall take precedence over written information.
